Integrating families with children into the community right from the start
Families with children from third countries are a particularly important group when it comes to promoting integration from the outset. They need targeted support to establish contacts and social networks in the community.
The project "Netzwerk Teilhabe - Integration von Familien mit Kindern" (NeTIF) offers a training course for managing intercultural parent-child groups and an intercultural training for bridge builders between communities and unions. They act between their own, austrian and other cultures living in the same area.
Goals
The goal ist to introduce families from third countries to Austrian society, expand their social networks and create low-threshold services such as parent-child groups and club initiatives.
We also support networking with family-relevant and civil society institutions and public service providers.
