Agenda.Zukunft for municipalities and regions means positive development towards quality of life and sustainability. A long-term perspective for the future is developed together with citizens. Short-term planning horizons and concrete measures are implemented through innovative projects.

Youth partizipation works!

The participation of young people strengthens identification with the community, communication between generations, promotes social cohesion and allows young people to experience self-efficacy. Furthermore, contrary to popular opinion, young people are quite political and want to get involved in their municipality.

Audit familiy-friendly municipality

The audit family-friendly municipality offers municipalities the opportunity to scrutinise and systematically develop their own child, youth, senior and family friendliness with an easy-to-use ‘toolkit’.

Courageous community

The model “Courageous Community” offers opportunities to deal with problems such as vandalism and violent behavior by young people, while at the same time increasing the support and approval of the local population.

Citizens' co-operative

itizens' cooperatives are economic units with several members and unite various interests in a community under a common roof. The aim of the cooperative is to promote its members - the concerns of the citizens. 

Wohnen mit Service

Support structures and care options for older people. Various studies show that older people want to remain living in their own municipality for as long as possible. However, everyday life is becoming increasingly difficult due to conditions that are not adapted to the needs of older people.

Caring Community

Society is getting older. That's great, but it also poses challenges for us all. The Caring Community is needed to meet the challenges of an ageing society.

Parent education calendar "being parents together"

In our region, there is a wide range of services and events for parents. This is why 10 institutions have joined forces and developed a joint calendar of services and events for parents.

Integrating families with children into the community right from the start

Families with children from third countries are a particularly important group when it comes to promoting integration from the outset. They need targeted support to establish contacts and social networks in the community.

Celebrating in the community

Celebrating brings people together and strengthens cohesion in the community. With the Sport- und Bewegungsfest and the Oma+Opa Fest, municipalities can organise a great day for all generations with the support of the SPES Family-Academy and the Upper Austrian Family Department.

 Online Playground Guide

In the online playground guide, municipalities can present their playgrounds and provide information and tips on excursion destinations, hiking trails and restaurants. The online playground guide currently includes 300 playgrounds.

Childcare organised across several municipalities

Supplementary family childcare is a necessity in every municipality to enable fathers and mothers to combine family and career. However, this requires sufficient, high-quality and affordable places for all children between the ages of one and 12.

Park & Stride - "Elternhaltestelle"

Fewer and fewer children are walking to school and kindergarten, instead parents take them by car. This increases traffic in front of the school and poses a danger to children. Everyday exercise, the acquisition of traffic skills and independence are being neglected.

 Aktiv bewegt - active and healthy through everyday life

The municipality's living environment has a direct impact on people's quality of life. The aim of this pilot project is to promote health and social interaction of residents with active mobility and to contribute to climate and environmental protection.

Green Deals for municipalities 

"Think globally - act locally" - in order to achieve this goal the GREEN DEALS project offers comprehensive training and qualifies citizens and supports local climate protection projects.

Renewable energy communities

Switching to renewable energy is an important step towards a climate-friendly future. SPES Zukunftsakademie supports and assists municipalities and regions in setting up energy communities.

Junges Wohnen

Young adults enjoy living in the countryside again. They are looking for closeness to nature, peace and quiet, a pleasant neighborhood and social interaction. This requires innovative housing models that are developed together with young adults.

Communal living

In times of rising housing and energy costs, difficult lending and diverse lifestyles, interest in alternative forms of housing such as communal living is growing. Key elements are shared activities and mutual support in everyday life.

 Local supply & multifunctional centers

In many municipalities in Europe public services are under threat or have already disappeared. This situation has a serious negative impact on the quality of life.

Corporate retreats, workshops and events

Good cooperation, whether in a local council or in a team, always requires a shared view from the outside. With a variety of creative methods and lots of experience in facilitating groups, we offer moderation of corporative retreats, workshops and events.

How can we work successfully together as a team? How do we go through a process of change as a company? How do we want to manage our company?

Digital Storytelling

A "digital story" can be many things, but it always consists of a personal story and the use of digital technologies. It combines analog and digital in different contexts and offers the opportunity to express oneself in a variety of ways.

Parent education training

Parent education supports families in recognising, reflecting, deciding and acting. It promotes the well-being and development of all family members.

 Creative Agility

Creative agility combines strategies and methods that artists use when developing something new with insights and tools from organizational development. These art-based strategies and interventions intentionally lead us into uncertainty (a situation that is often all too familiar for leaders) in order to discover the innovative and new.
